What is Ispirare’s Return Policy and How Does It Operate?

We are pleased to provide details about our customer-friendly return policy. If you find yourself dissatisfied with a product, you have the option to request a return within 10 days of product delivery (Please note that not all items are returnable; exceptions include lingerie, jewellery, holiday accessories, and specific surfer swimsuits. Refer to the product details page for specific information). Unfortunately, product exchanges are not currently supported. The key requirement for returns is that the item must be in its original condition, with intact tags and packaging, and must not have been used. Once the warehouse receives the item and conducts a quality check, the refund process will commence. While trying on the product is encouraged, please take measures to avoid any damage.

To initiate a return request, you can conveniently apply through your Ispirare account on the website. Follow these simple steps within 10 days of order delivery:

1. Log in to your Ispirare account on the website where you placed the order.

2. Navigate to the “My Account” section from the homepage.

3. Choose the order from the list that you want to return.

4. In the return application, select the products and quantity for return. For multiple products, apply for the return of each item individually.

5. Specify the reason for the return and provide details about the issue.

6. Enter necessary details such as pickup address, expected pickup time, and bank details for COD orders.

7. Submit the request.

Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange for a courier partner to pick up the order on your specified date and time, subject to availability. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the product at our warehouse and ensuring it meets quality standards. Please note that the refund only covers the items; fees such as shipping and COD service charges are non-refundable. Currently, our delivery partner will pick up your returned items at no extra cost.

Certain items have exceptions to the return policy. Please refer to the following EXCEPTIONS and RULES:

1. Products like fine jewellery, watches, and select items susceptible to damage have a limited return window, as indicated on the Product Detail Page.

2. All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with intact tags and packaging.

3. If an item with a free gift/offer is returned, the gift item must also be returned for the refund to be processed.

4. Ispirare is not responsible for products returned by mistake, and no liability is assumed for the misplacement or replacement of such products.

What is Ispirare’s Cancellation Policy?

This policy applies to items purchased on sale as well. Any amount paid will be credited using the original payment mode.

Can I Modify the Shipping Address of My Order After Placement?

How Do I Cancel My Order?

I Just Canceled My Order. When Will I Receive My Refund?

For Cash on Delivery orders, there is no refund since payment hasn’t been made. Payments made via Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Digital Wallet will be refunded to the source account within 7-10 business days of order cancellation. If the payment was made by redeeming the Paytm wallet balance, the refund will be initiated into the Paytm wallet within cancellation, and it can be later transferred to your bank account by contacting Paytm customer support.
